He lives on Aquidneck Island with his wife and three boys and is a lifelong boating enthusiast.

Upon graduation from college, he joined his family business, Markell & Sons, established in 1915 in Fall River, MA, and specializing in commercial insurance. After several years, he established a second office in Newport, RI, and ultimately sold both agencies, Dave then joined Triton Insurance as a partner with expertise in both personal and commercial accounts.

Jennifer joined the Triton team in 2012 and is responsible for all policy changes, invoicing and billing inquiries. She holds an agent license in property and casualty and has more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, of which 12 involve marine underwriting. Jennifer offers superb customer service to all Triton clients.
